Terms of service

ARRIVAL

Please arrive to your lash appointment with a clean/makeup free face. Extra time spent on cleansing your lashes means less time lashing.

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

NO guests are welcome to come to your appointment.

Please message/text me upon arrival, and I will come and get you. Please do not knock on the front door.

 

DEPOSITS

Clients must pay the non-refundable deposit on all services that require one. This deposit ensures your appointment time slot. This deposit will also go towards the final balance of your appointment.

 

FILL APPOINTMENT POLICY

You must have 40% of your lashes remaining or it will be considered a full set. Anything over 4 weeks is considered a full set.

You must arrive on time to your fill appointment with a clean/makeup free face.

Please do not move around or chew gum at your lash appointment. Moving around/chewing gum can cause eye pads to move around and doing so makes isolating and placing lashes harder. I need you to be as still as possible to ensure my best work!

Please make sure your phone is on silent and/or turned off at your appointment. I will not be reading your texts/phone while lashing.

 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Cancellations must be communicated in writing [via text/email/etc.], and we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled event a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fees will be deducted from any pre-paid fees or deposits, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of documented emergencies or unavoidable situations. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

No call/no shows will also result in a 100% cancellation fee of the missed service booked. If you choose to reschedule, We require the full amount of the missed service cost.

 

CORRECTIONS/24 HR POLICY

LashFX has a 24 hour grace period. This grace period means that you have 24 hours to let us know if your lash set in not up up to your liking. Any time after the 24 hour grace period, a touch up fee will be applied.

If you are late, you are waiving your right for your free touch up. We do not honour free touch ups if you have applied any mascara/makeup or any type of strip lash and/or cluster. If you choose to cancel or reschedule your free touch up, or are a no show, you are no longer eligible for a free touch up. There are NO free touch ups for mini fill appointments.

 

AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS

Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hour appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $25 fee. Please contact me directly to schedule your after hour appointment.

 

REFUND POLICY

You are paying for the lash artists time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for ANY reason on services and products.
